At this time, we do not offer international shipping. We ship throughout the United States.

We hope you will love your DOTE products, but if you are unsatisfied, we accept returns within 30 days of purchase. Email hello@dotewellness.com with your order number and the items you wish to return, and a member of our customer support team will assist you with your return.

DOTE conforms to Good Manufacturing Processes (cGMPs) and the specific rules and regulations of the FDA. We are subject to their jurisdiction and inspections of product manufacturers to verify compliance with good manufacturing practices. However, in the USA, there is no federal regulation of supplements. In other words, there is no such thing as FDA "approval" when it comes to dietary supplements and vitamins.

Our entire collection is cruelty-free throughout the production process, from the raw ingredients to the final manufacturing. We are Leaping Bunny Certified and proud of it! We do not use any animal products, and all of our products are 100% vegan.

We package our full-size products in glass containers designed to be refilled or reused. Our ReDOTE subscribers receive their refills in pouches made of post-consumer recycled (PCR) plastic, which sustainability experts believe is the best way of limiting the environmental impacts of product waste. All of our boxes are made of FSC-certified paper, and we ask that you please recycle them.

Every batch of our hemp-derived CBD extract is sent to an independent lab to be tested for potency and contamination. The lab then provides a certificate with its findings to DOTE, which our customers can access via a QR code printed on the label.

Hemp and marijuana are two different names for cannabis, a type of flowering plant in the Cannabaceae family. The key difference between the two is tetrahydrocannabinol (THC) content. Legally, “marijuana” refers to cannabis that has more than 0.3 percent THC by dry weight and “hemp” refers to cannabis that has less than 0.3 percent THC by dry weight.
